Cancellation and refund:

100% to be paid at time of booking, including € 50 cleaning fees per stay. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 70% is refundable, if the cancellation is made at least 2 days before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after. A security deposit is required: a pre-authorization of EUR 150.00 is due before arrival and released on the day of departure.
